Accountability is being responsible for our own actions. When we stop making excuses we can start seeing results. When things get busy we find it difficult to remain consistent. Life can be full of distractions, many of which come from within the sanctity of our own minds. Our minds can often go wandering, constantly churning out lists of things we need to do, people you want to speak to, foods we want to eat, people you want to date and money you want to win! Sometimes we need to take time to refocus and learn how to reduce mental distractions in order to strengthen our ability to focus on both ourselves and those things that are actually important.
